 Did a good job. I would recommend West heating and cooling to friends and family. If I had one constructive criticism it would be communication with customers

 Wow! These guys are AMAZING! My propane heater in my camper wasn't doing it's job! I would come home and it would be freezing in my camper! The first HVAC place I called said they don't work on propane heaters, 2nd place no answer. Third time is the charm! I got a hold of I thought "Ryan" (my hearing isn't too good) but he must have said Brian (there are people referring to a Brian in the reviews). Anyways I call at about 2:30 today thinking it would be at least a day or two for someone to come out. Nope, Brian tells me he can come out about 4! Yay! I ask him what a service call cost thinking I just can't be this lucky! He tells me the cost, which I thought was VERY reasonable! Brian and another guy arrive on time- actually a little early, even better! After about 15 or 20 minutes Brian had taken apart the propane heater, diagnosed it, cleaned the part, fixed the problem, put it back together and I have not had anymore issues with the heater! I recommend these guys! If I have any more HVAC issues I will be giving these guys a call! I will probably call them late fall and have them service and inspect my heater so I don't have anymore issues!

 All services performed on time in a professional manner for the contract price... couldn't ask for a better outcome! Project done and still haven't received quotes form some other vendors! Workers showed attention to detail above and beyond what was required and the value we received exceeded the price we paid. I have 20 years of experience dealing with contractors in the Lake area.  My husband and I have been very pleased with the service we have received from Brian West. He is honest, trustworthy, and dependable. I randomly called his company very late on a Friday afternoon in February when we realized neither heating units seemed to be working at our lake house. Brian came out to the house within an hour of our call, diagnosed that both heat pumps were not working, and worked past 11pm to get one of the systems running again. In addition, at the same time we called Brian about the heating issues, a pipe in our basement bathroom split and I couldn’t find any plumbers that could come out for at least two days to do the repair. Brian came back early Saturday morning to repair the second hvac system and even welded our broken pipe for us so that we could turn the water back on and stay in the house for the weekend. That is truly going above and beyond to help someone out!! We have now contracted with Brian to check our hvac systems three times a year and we have had him install new thermostats that are WiFi enabled so we can control the temperature in the house from our phones when we are away from the lake. I definitely recommend this company and have given Brian’s name and number to other friends and neighbors at the lake.

 Brian and his team were incredibly kind and efficient. They replaced our heat pump in less than a week of our initial call to them. I was surprised they worked on a Saturday and did not up-charge us for weekend labor or parts. Brian was incredibly honest and fair with pricing. Got the job done. Less than 90 minutes. Highly recommend this company if you want to be treated as an equal.

 I had to go into work on a Saturday morning with temperatures in the twenties. I had barely gotten started when my wife calls and explains that our heater quit. My mind raced. I have done condo maintenance the last 3-4 years and so I quickly called 3-4 other lake area HVAC companies. NO ONE ANSWERED. I understand that happens but I was getting desperate with my wife, a 3 year old and an 5 month old all home in a house with no heat in the dead of winter. I looked up other options and saw West Heating and Cooling! I was answered on the first call. I was given a timeframe of 45 minutes until they could be there (which was met). I was informed of what the issues were (before any maintenance had been done). A part was retrieved, installed and our heat was back on and running within maybe an hour. The price was extremely fair, and we will be calling West Heating and Cooling for all of our other HVAC needs. On another personal note, my wife appreciated the professionalism and kindness with which the technician brought. Having read the reviews before calling I was very pleased with our experience. They worked diligently to get it fixed and offered us the most cost effective resolution.
